The apartment has stunning panoramic views of golf, sea, mountains, Gibraltar Rock and the African coast line. There are four swimming pools on the complex. The main pool and a quieter private pool are adjacent to the apartment. The apartment is located on Santa Maria Golf, an 18 hole course which is one of the oldest and most picturesque golf courses in Spain. Within a few minutes’ drive there is a further choice of over a dozen other top golf courses.
The surrounding area, Elviria, is one of the most desirable areas of Marbella. Elviria has the best beaches of the Costa Del Sol and is set under a backdrop of mountains covered in Unesco protected cork forest. Elviria has an enviable micro climate, the mountain protecting from winter cold, and sea breezes cooling summer heat.
The wide sandy stretches of White Pearl Beach are five minutes from the apartment. Marbella and Puerto Banus are a few minutes away, and an excellent road network allows easy connections to drive to La Ronda, Seville, Granada, and Cordoba for day trips. Gibraltar and Morocco are also easily visited in a day.
Tennis and bowling green are available at Santa Maria Golf. An exciting climbing theme park, Amazonia, suitable for both children and adults to rope climb between the trees is located in central Elviria. Other family attractions within a reasonable distance include Tivoli World, Aqualand, Zoo park.. Summer months the beach offers fun boats for kids, and jet skiing/water skiing for adults.
For those looking for the glamorous scene, Elviria is the location of the world famous “uber trendy” Nikki Beach. Teenagers wanting to shop will enjoy La Canada Shopping Mall a short 10minute drive offering Zara, Mango, and many others.
Central Elviria has a wide range of amenities. A choice of supermarkets and an outstanding choice of bars/restaurants. A short drive into the hills above you will find Flamenco dancing, and forest walks.
Winter sunshine is in abundance, and within an hour’s drive skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

A refundable security cash deposit of £200/E200 to be held against damage/breakages is taken upon arrival and returned at the end of the holiday or within 7 days of departure providing the all is satisfactory with the apartment.

Check in time is 4pm onwards or earlier if the apartment is not occupied the previous night.
Check out time is by 11am or later if the apartment is not occupied the night following your departure.
• Rates include a meet and greet service, linen, towels, normal cleaning and use of internet/wifi. It also includes normal use of air conditioning sufficient for a hot summer period. Excessive use of air conditioning is subject to additional charge and a pay as you go card facility is available for this.

Exceptional Apartment in outstanding location

I didn't expect much from a winter holiday in a beach location but was amazed. The apartment was exceptional, immaculate, beautiful furniture, two bathrooms with oodles of hot water and a wonderful large terrace which was a great suntrap. There was also free use of broadband, tv and an easy to use alarm system. We spent a lot of time on the terrace soaking up the sunshine and gazing at the sea and views of Africa, and eating "al fresco". We also tried many restaurants just a few minutes walk or a short drive away, all of them were of a high and consistent standard at a fair price. The local shops had everything we needed.

The beaches were unspoilt, clean, and despite it being December we enjoyed sitting and reading books, paddling in the water, walks along the beach, and lunching on fresh seafood which we saw being brought from the sea by fishing boats. My husband and son also enjoyed the very local "Amazonian Jungle" climbing in the pine trees which provide shade around the whole area. They both visited the local Golf Academy and the very pretty golf club beside the apartment.

We rented a car online which was very cheap, and there were no problems. However, you could walk, get a bus or use the always available taxis.

I had no idea how beautiful this area of Spain is, and although there were many areas to visit we were so happy here we did not go far and will certainly want to return again. I have never had such a nice Xmas holiday and am delighted to be returning with a sun tan! Overall, an exceptional apartment in an outstanding holiday location.
