MASONRY

Outside there are capuchine cavity walls – cavity walls with ½ feet thick hollow brick layer, air chamber. There is thermal insulation of expanded polystyrene and inside separations from 7 cm thick ceramic brick.

- Partitions between the flats are made with double layer of 9 cm ceramic brick placed on the cement mortar.

- Partitions within the flats are made of 7 cm thick ceramic blocks placed on the cement mortar.

- The roof is tiled, it consists of partitions and ceramic plates with fiberglass insulation and is covered with curved ceramic tiles.

FLOORS AND TILES

The floors inside the flats are covered with porcelain tiles of the best quality with the skirting from the same material.

In the kitchens and in the bathrooms the floors are covered with porcelain tiles.

In the balconies and in the terraces the floors are covered with pressed tiles 20x20 cm placed with thin joints.

The walls in the kitchens, bathrooms and wet rooms are covered vitrified tiles with decorative borders.

WALL AND CEILING COATING

False ceilings from plaster in the bathrooms, passageways, kitchens and in the places where it is necessary to hide some cables and devices.
